Qlub — restaurant ops automation suite

Problem

Manual credit decisions on new restaurant partners. No real-time view of which restaurants were operationally healthy. Referral pipeline was a black hole with no status updates.

Approach

Stood up three lightweight systems on the existing Google Workspace stack: automated credit scoring driven by structured data + signals; a real-time restaurant ops view via Google Maps API on a scheduled trigger; and a WhatsApp+Forms+Sheets referral pipeline with status callbacks.

Outcome

Three production systems running on near-zero infra cost, each replacing meaningful manual ops work and giving the team visibility they previously didn't have.
